DumperCash Book a site walk

For owners and managers of apartment communities and commercial properties

Turn your illegal dumpers into dumper income.

They leave a couch. You get a deposit. We put the camera, the plate reader and the price sign up at our own cost, and when someone pays to leave their mattress, half of every dollar collected goes to you.

Install costs you nothing. Billing by mail depends on your state's law; we check before it goes live. Every sample on this page is marked sample.

How it works

Five entries, one of them yours.

No.EntryWhat happensCost to you
01 We install, you sign the site map A solar or hard-wired camera aimed at the enclosure, a plate reader at the approach, and large signs with the price list. Our crew, our equipment, our cost. $0
02 Prices go up on the sign Mattress, furniture piece, tire, debris by the cubic yard. Close to real disposal cost. The sign says what leaving items means and that non-resident items are billed to the vehicle's registered owner. $0
03 Pay now, or get an invoice A QR code on the sign lets anyone pay on the spot at a lower price, with their consent recorded. If they don't, the event goes to review. $0
04 A person checks every clip Residents and tenants are filtered out by the allow-list first. A reviewer then checks each remaining clip. No clip, no invoice. Where your state allows it, the invoice goes out by mail through a licensed billing partner. $0
05 Half of what comes in is yours Money actually collected is split 50/50. A deposit and a monthly statement for your property arrive by the 15th of the next month. You receive 50%

Revenue share and terms

Half of every dollar collected.

No fee from you, no minimums, no equipment charge. These are the terms we would want to read.

Your share
50% of money collected. Card processing fees come out of our half.
When it's paid
Monthly, by the 15th of the following month, with a statement for each property.
Install and upkeep
DumperCash, at its own cost: camera, plate reader, signs, repairs, replacements.
Term
12 months. Then month to month.
Cancelling
After the term, 30 days written notice. We take the equipment down at our cost.
Refunds and disputes
If an invoice is cancelled or refunded, it comes out of that month's statement. You are never billed for it.
If nobody dumps
Nothing is collected and nothing is owed to you or by you. No minimums, no monthly fee.
State law
Mailed invoices go live at a property only after we have checked that state's rules.

Check the arithmetic

YOUR NUMBERS

Type your own guess. We only multiply and halve. This is not a forecast, and we cannot tell you how many people will pay.

Collected per month
$520.00
Your 50% per month
$260.00
Over 12 months, if that many pay
$3,120.00

Money collected depends on how many people dump, who pays, and what your state allows. It could be zero.

Residents and tenants

Your own people never see an invoice.

Before the first day, your manager sends the plate list. Those plates are excluded from billing. They are never reviewed for an invoice because they never become a billable event.

  1. 1
You send the list. Residents' and tenants' plates, from your office, in a file or a form.
  2. 2
Guests get passes. Add a plate for a move-out week or a contractor, and remove it later.
  3. 3
The sign says so. Large type, first line under the price list: residents and tenants are not charged.
  4. 4
If one slips through, the dispute form cancels the invoice and it comes out of that month's statement.

House rules

Rules we keep.

A service fee and an invoice from a private company. We don't issue anything on behalf of a government, and we don't speak for one.

  1. 01

    Video only. No audio.

The camera records pictures, never sound.

  2. 02

A person reviews every billable event

    No automatic invoices. Ever.

  3. 03

    Dispute and "I wasn't driving"

Every invoice carries both forms. A dispute pauses the invoice while we look.

  4. 04

    Footage kept 30 days

Then deleted. Clips attached to an open invoice or a packet you requested are kept until that closes.

  5. 05

    Plate data is never sold

Used for the allow-list and for billing the event it was captured in. Nothing else.

  6. 06

    State check before mail billing

If private billing from owner lookups is not allowed in your state, the property runs on pay-now and evidence packets only.

  7. 07

    Pay-now and evidence-only mode

Same cameras, same signs, same 50% on every dollar paid on the spot.

  8. 08

    Angry callers come to us

The invoice lists our number. Your community manager is not the help desk.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Anything not answered here, ask on the site walk.

Is this legal in my state?

It depends on state law. Some states allow a private company to look up the registered owner of a vehicle and bill them by mail; some don't. We check your property's state before billing by mail goes live. If it isn't allowed, we run the property in pay-now and evidence-only mode, and tell you so before you sign.

Will my residents get billed?

Not if the allow-list is current. Residents' and tenants' plates are excluded before anything reaches a reviewer. Your manager can add and remove plates, and add guest passes, any time. A resident who is invoiced anyway can use the "I wasn't driving" form or dispute it, and the invoice is cancelled and comes out of that month's statement.

Who installs and maintains the equipment?

We do, at our cost. Camera, plate reader and signs. Your maintenance supervisor does not need to touch any of it, and a repair is our problem, not a work order on your list.

How and when is the revenue share paid?

50% of money actually collected, deposited monthly by the 15th of the following month. Every property gets its own statement showing events, items, amounts collected, refunds, our fees and your share.

What happens when someone disputes an invoice?

The invoice pauses and a person looks at the clip again. If it was wrong, it is cancelled. If it stands, we send the evidence and the next step to the person who disputed. You are not asked to referee.

How long is the contract, and how do I cancel?

12 months, then month to month. After the first 12 months you can cancel with 30 days written notice and we remove the equipment at our cost.

What if nobody dumps?

Then nothing is collected, and nothing is owed. There is no monthly fee, no minimum and no equipment charge. We carry that risk, not you.

What will residents see?

Large signs with the price list, a QR code, and a line that says residents and tenants are not billed. The camera is aimed at the enclosure and its approach, not at doors or windows, and records video only.

Can I hand something to the police?

Yes. Each billable event produces an evidence packet: clip, stills, plate, time and items. Use it however your property sees fit. We don't act for the police and they don't act for us.

Next step

Book a site walk.

We walk the enclosure, look at where cars come in, and tell you if it makes sense. It might not, and we'll say so. We also check your state before anything goes live.

We use these details only to reply about your property.
